Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
We require 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays) to process your order before it is handed over to the carrier.

Example: If you place an order on Monday, it will be processed and shipped no later than Friday of the same week (or the following Monday if a holiday falls in between).

Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM EST] will be considered placed on the next business day.

Weekend and holiday orders begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Note: Processing time does not include transit time. Please see Section 2 for delivery estimates.
